Heart-Centered Leadership LLC Terms of Service Effective Date: January 11, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) and Heart-Centered Leadership LLC, a sole proprietorship/LLC based in Lodi, California (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Heart-Centered Leadership LLC”), regarding your access to and participation in our various online courses with series and modules Heart-Centered Leadership LLC, website, digital content, live sessions, community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By enrolling in the course, making a payment, accessing any content, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the Services. Your electronic acceptance (e.g., clicking “I Agree” or completing payment) constitutes your signature.
- Description of Services Heart-Centered Leadership LLC provides general leadership development, personal growth guidance, mindset coaching, and related digital materials (modules, videos, worksheets, recordings), live or group sessions, and community access. The Services are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions.
- Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- Enrollment and Payment Pricing is as listed on our sales page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed Stripe or Kajabi. You authorize us to charge the selected amount (including any payment plan installments). All fees are in USD and non-refundable (see Section 4). You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your payment provider.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, partial participation, or personal circumstances. Once payment is processed and access is granted (even partial), the transaction is complete and irreversible. We understand life brings challenges — please reach out before purchasing if you have fit concerns. Exceptions only as required by law (e.g., non-delivery due to our fault after reasonable resolution attempts, or consumer rights in your jurisdiction like EU 14-day withdrawal if not downloaded).
- Intellectual Property All content in the Services (videos, audio, worksheets, live materials, recordings, trademarks, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial development during your enrollment period. You may not record, download, copy, share, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivatives, teach, sell, or use the content commercially. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- User Conduct You agree to: Act respectfully in sessions/community (no harassment, spam, discrimination). Maintain confidentiality of others’ shares. Not misuse the Services (e.g., no unauthorized access, interference). We may remove you from the program/community without refund for violations.
- Disclaimers and No Guarantees THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This is general leadership/personal development guidance only, not therapy, medical, or professional advice. Results depend on your effort, application, and circumstances; no guarantees of specific outcomes, success, income, or transformation. Individual results vary greatly. Testimonials are real but reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. You assume all risks associated with participation.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, emotional distress). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program. We are not liable for issues from third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, payment processors).
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Termination We may terminate your access at any time for breach or any reason, without refund. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
- Privacy Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy (linked here in footer), which complies with applicable laws including CCPA/CPRA.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Lodi, California, under AAA rules (no class actions). You waive jury trial rights.
- Miscellaneous These Terms are the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of future breaches. Force majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters). Changes: We may update these Terms (notice via email/site for material changes).
